Building Safety. Fully Managed.

Building Safety Act compliance and Higher Risk Buildings

Since the Grenfell Fire in 2017, building and fire safety has been high on the agenda when looking at the management of buildings.  The Building Safety Act 2022 introduced significant additional requirements for the management of safety in buildings, particularly in relation to Higher Ris Buildings (HRBs), being any residential building over 7 storeys or 18 meters in height.

At Burns Hamilton we have been at the forefront of ensuring that our buildings are compliant and we work closely with our HRB Clients to provide clarity on their obligations and provide solutions to ensure compliance.
