Frequently Asked Questions

  • We use a variety of methods to facilitate communication, from the good old telephone to electronic noticeboards in entrance lobbies. We believe that clear communication is the key to great management. We aim to respond to all communications within 3 working days of receipt.
    Leaseholders are encouraged to sign up to our Online Portal where they can access useful documents for their property, see their account balance and obtain copy invoices, and receive messages through the noticeboard. 

  • Yes, we can offer our expertise with project management of works to the property.  We can prepare specifications and tender for minor projects and we have well established relationships with a number of local surveyors for larger projects.  We can also facilitate all notices and communications to ensure that compliance with Section 20 of Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended) is met.

  • We will provide guidance on potential routes to resolution in respect of any disputes.  We aim to facilitate productive communication between parties but where this cannot be achieved we will advise on alternative escalation routes as may be necessary.

  • We are a Company member of The Property Institute and each of our Property Managers are individual members having either completed, or are working towards, their qualifications.  We receive regular updates from the Institute on any changes to legislation which allows us to ensure that our Clients have the most up to date information.  We work with trusted partners to produce necessary risk assessments, where required, and complete any testing or repairs needed.

  • Whilst you have a dedicated Property Manager, who will have an in-depth knowledge of your building, you also have the benefit of multiple support teams who ensure that things can keep running when you Property Manager may be unavailable.  We all need a break now and again and when you Property Manager is on annual leave, an alternative Property Manager will provide cover in the interim, having had a full handover prior to any leave.
